Don't understand science? Need the promise of eternal reward, and the threat of eternal punishment, in order to act morally? Need a magic sky daddy, with a magic zombie son to make life worthwhile? Then Christianity may be for you!
How do you know that Christian Rock is not the music of satan? It sure sounds like it.........I think I'm going to start a Christian Rock band ...only problem is that I have a soul
well, if it was the music of satan, then it would praise satan, it would be horrid and be degrading it would be without hope or retribution, this, this is a song of the lord jesus
christian rock is pretty much a guitar with some distortion.. how is that satanic?? God himself created music so we could praise him.. as long as its glorifies God and the music is according to the bible its fine to God.. in no way is a distorted guitar praising satan.. your statement is illogical therefore it is invalid.
okay im a huge guitarist and i know for a fact that distortion doesnt make my music not christian i use distortion in amazing grace sometimes so yeah i have a first hand experience with it
if jesus is the center of your music, then it IS christian. no matter the amount of distortion/overdrive you might use. end of story.
btw, i use a marshall modern vintage combo in our worship band and it is LOUD. i cannot praise god quietly. i simply cannot. i have to yell and scream and dance and jump. HE is greater than everything.
you should be able to worship God in any given situation. haha...
whether it be old school piano and guitar or hillsong. and really in anything, worship isnt just music and lyrics. its surrendering your life to God and glorifying Him in all you do. :D
I've heard that to, that rock guitar is from Satin. However christian that say this are miss guided. All thing in this world are the devils. thats why he was able to offer the kingdoms of the world to Jesus. Traditional music was cutting edge and worldly in it's time. If it brings glory to God it's OK. Rock on brother
The everlasting god is god our father, Jesus Christ's father, no beginning and no end, and if you invite Jesus into your heart you will also have eternal life through god
There is still slavery and war in the world because sin is still in the world. and our God promised a day that he would rid the world of sin. soon there will be no more pain and suffering and all evil men will be punished. But we are all evil men, so God saw fit to purify us through a savior. so stop asking stupid questions if you havent fully studied and understood the subject.
mm this world is called a fallen world. It is not the realm of God that we live in, it's the realm of Satan. This is his nesting ground and God came to us through his son to liberate us from this existence. At least that's what I believe.
I think what you're referring to is not "money" per se but the love of money, i.e. greed, which is a sin. A lot of the evil, if not all of it, that has occurred in history and the present is a result of man's sinful nature, in which greed, pride, and murder fall under. Satan is also at hand here too because he is tempting each and every one of us to satisfy our heart's desires through our own means, which ultimately leads to the destruction of not only our lives but also other lives in our way.
God uses these things to happen, to draw Man's attention back to Himself, to let Man realise that if they want to rule and take control of this earth themselves, these things will happen. God wants us to know that the overall control still comes back to Himself. The ultimate reason is because He loves us. heard of this called tough love?
This is one of the best songs I have heard in a long time. It sounds ok on cd but live it is awesome. It just so much more meaning when you here it live.
OMW if anyone actually reads the copywrite on this song anywhere it says that Brenton Brown and Ken Riley wrote this song! Chris Tomlin and Lincoln Brewster just put it on their cds...someones already said this, you should read lol
did brenton brown write this song. But i want to tell u guys, we had awesome worship in India, Bangalore, there was the power of God so thick in our church.
hi there bro. sammy ! it's a blessing to know how God is working in India. i just wanna encourage you bro to occupy until our Lord comes. well, see you in heaven my bro! Let's keep on pressing towards the goal.
Death from the sky, you won't survive. Darkening clouds will fill the skies. Vaporizing all your prayers, burning them away. A funeral held for the lies of christanity. All humanity will soon learn, That jesus christ shall never return. Final day of christianity. Leviathan rises from the raging sea. Seize the power and glory, Lucifer is calling. I am Satan, master of the Earth. Condemn your souls for all they're worth. Bow down and worship me, 'Cause I'm your savior for all eternity.
Crying out from the church, their empty minds already enslaved. Voices from the shadowy realm, the beginning of the end. Powers of darkness encircle the light as he bursts from the earth. The sound of his voice from his kingdom calls to me. Crushing holy hypocrisy. Black magic working, powerful spells cast. Rise from the earth, arise. Evil in their eyes and blasphemy. Church of christ dies while Satan survives. Seizing power in Satan's name. A life of death is what he craves. Hail Satan!

He suggests that how you play each note is most important. It is coming straight from his heart. And thanks Brenton for writing the foundation for such an amazing tune.
