This is actually a feather step 3-step natural turn then feather finish. Outside is the feather step then the inside partner is the 3-step then the natural turn and feather finish are inside as well. slow, quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow, quick, quick, slow, slow, slow. But the slow slow slow is just his ending steps which I believe was a feather finish.
He did a toe lead instead of a heel lead on the second step of the three step. Incorrect footwork.
