@shazam20007 What's funny is, this poem has nothing to do with the LGBTQ community. It's a statement about how our country is selling itself out, putting it's own citizens in the back seat to money. It's about corporate greed and how our system is rotting out from the inside. If you're going to say something, at least get your shit straight.
she's funny - but i wish she would stop trying to sound like ani. i think andrea is better and tristan and tara hardy are my favorites. I think alix olson came before tristan and tara hardy- but she certainly isn't as talented.
i love when social/political consciusness and critical deconstruction of imperialism can be conveyed in such a funny way. this is (part of) what I'd like hollywood to look like
i am just a newbie into the world of slam poetry although i've been writing poetry for some time and this woman has changed the way i look at poetry and activism and a lot of what i hold dear. she rocks!
Haha!

...err.. sorry to be a correcting asshole, but it does include something about the LGBTQ(insert letter here):
(restrictions may apply if you’re black, gay or female)
rakash0500 1 year ago
@rakash0500 "black, gay, or female"
meaning the oppressed groups in America.
Granted, I used the wrong wording, but my point is still the same.
This piece isn't centered around gays. It's centered around the power white males still hold in this country.

Although I had to correct one of your critics, I still think you're a fucking, homophobic asshole. just FYI.
