hey hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my BF got really defined Six pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.
Good job on the pounds lost :) I hope that I can get the same results that fast. I dunno about that 17 day diet but yeah. Look at my channel and watch my intro vid! I'm trying to start a weight loss vlog so I can be skinny too! :) Good job again!
Hi! I had to google what the 17 day diet was! Haha! Anywho, you're awesome and I subbed you and I'll be checking in on you. I believe you can do it! I am a compulsive eater too, but i have hit my plateau so I am trying weight watchers this week. Can't wait to see how you do!! Hang in there! :)
Oh hai! Have you ever tried cleverous 402 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it
your really hot, like no joke i like girls with "alil somthin" on em, i hate skinny skinny girls, so keep eating well and exercising and get to a point were YOU feel better. And just know that you dont have to be 80 lbs to look beutiful. Keep it up girl. And goodluck!!! :)
I have a huge sweet tooth and eat sweets every day.
But I NEVER eat big meals and rarely overeat (guaranteed stomach cramps). Your stomach does not grow if you snack (within moderation). It does grow if you eat big meals or overeat (needing more next time).
I cook all my own meals, bake all my pastries and have a fairly standard weight for my height.
Therefore, you can be a food addict without having to diet.
To kick-start or maintain any diet and to speed up weight loss, AVOID:
- all pre-prepared foods
- anything, and I mean ANYTHING with artificial flavours, colours and/or preservatives (read ALL ingredients on packaging and avoid if present).
There are more things to avoid of course but y'all know those already.
It's no good eating less and still eat the wrong things. The above things that I list to avoid HINDER your digestion and therefore your weight loss. It's so simple.
LOL@shoot up some pizza in your veins, wow yeah i completely understand. Keep it up! i will be subscribing and watching you along your journey, btw you are really pretty!
my addiction is so bad currently that i havent even be able to jones for something. As soon as i want it i shove it down my throat. eww so gross. Ive had a rough weekend. i am so happy you are rocking out this diet!
6.2 lbs is great I know what you mean when your change your eating all of the sudden then you crave everything you aren't supose to have it always happens like that but keep trying sounds like your still doing great.
If they don't struggle with compulsive overeating and they think it's a simple craving issue then there's no way to make them understand food addiction.
I have cracked down the past week, eating nothing but healthy foods (salads, fruit..) and I feel "smaller", too. It isn't easy, and at times feels like I want to eat just to escape this huge void but I'm just taking it one day at a time.
I wish you all the luck and success in reaching a point where you feel happy with yourself. *hug*
@gryndelyn yup yup yup, i know exactly what you mean. thats why i'm having a scheduled cheat meal, to keep myself sane. i have to watch it though because it can very easily turn into a cheat day, or week, or totally going nuts. as of today, i'm back on board though! go me! :) keep at it. one day at a time, on meal at a time, is the only way to go imho.
I know exactly what you mean about wanting to "shoot up" some pizza. I am a binge eater and I have tried to explain to others what it feels like when you cannot binge eat. They never understand. They just say "oh it's just a craving, everyone craves a little of this or that at times". And I'm like "noo I feel like I am crawling out of my skin, my mind struggles to stop obsessing about food, I feel anxious and on edge, etc.." but ...
Wow! 6.2 lbs! That's great, Allison! When i went on my weight loss journey after i quit smoking, I lost my boobs. But i would rather have smaller boobs and be healthy....than to have big boobs and lead an unhealthy life! Nothing wrong with a cheat here and there....as long as it doesn't trigger you to get totally off your way of eating that your doing! Way to go, Allison!
Hey girl! :D I just recently started watching your videos (think I've been subscribed to you for the last 4 or 5 you've done), and I am so happy for you about how great you're doing on the 17 day diet. 6.2 lbs is amazing!! I was just wondering what you do for exercise? And what your biggest food challanges are? Like mine is sugar, coke specifically :( But anyways, good luck! Looking forward to your next video :)
@missymarita i'm not doing much for exercise right now. the first cycle is pretty restrictive and the book suggest 17 minutes of walking or other low impact aerobic workouts for the first 17 days. i don't do that everyday, more like every once in a while lol. exercise has always been a struggle for me. my biggest food challenge is definitely sweets. i love chocolate, especially ice cream! and pie. and cookies. lol you get the idea. i don't usually keep sweets in the house!
Hey Allison glad to hear this has gonne well for you. Yay for the loss. I have the book but have yet to start. I think it's time now. Keep up the good work and let us know how you finish the 17 days.
@TheCoffeemama2 i waited a long time before i started too. i think part of me was putting it off but it also needs to be the right time to dive in. good luck!
Oh girl, do I understand? Duh! :) Hook me up to a chocolate drip, stat! lol Congrats on your weight loss! I definitely plan on trying the 17 day diet now
