A freind of mine works in a mid-level management position in a Federal Prison located in Georgia (Atlanta, TI's 2nd home). He mentioned an interesting development at his facility. Some southern Mexicans, apparently moved from the California to the Georgia prison system, attemtped to charge Black inmates a fee-cigarettes or something-for the use of the recreational yard. He mentioned one case that caused a lockdown: 15 Mexicans jumped one Black guy for non-payment. Retaliation hasn't hap'd yet.

When i was in L.A., i got locked up. and honestly im gonna say there is way more mexicans in that jail then blacks.
