I would think all suffering is legitimate. Some is noble suffering and some is ignoble, and some is necessary and some not.... but the point is that fore the releasing and transmuting work to function the sensations and emotions must be anchored in the body.

so you saying that 321 is not just a cognitive acknowledgment but one has to feel the feelings in your body....would this also be legitimate suffering?
