the best game would be fallout 3 area with fo3 weapons and new vegas weapons and weapon mods. i dont like nv because its just that theres no struggle to survive compared to fo3 and you walk slower to make the map feel bigger and the invisible walls. it takes about a hour to complete a 4 min walk. also every 4 days shops replenish in nv and 3 days in fo3. its the sadness and the struggle to survive in fo3, it just feels like fallout.

I like fallout 3 MUCH better because obsidian rushed new vegas and limited our freedom. One example: Your objective for your quest is right over this mountain. You climb to a clear area of the mountain that looks like a path to the other side. You get to it, then... INVISIBLE FUCKING WALL!!!

@Legofreak57 not the point. i liked F3 because of the immersion. the way it pulled you into the gameplay.
one such feature of this is the fact that there are almost no invisible boundaries, (if you dont count the endpoints of the entire map) giving the feeling to you that you could go anywhere, and vegas just doesnt have that. oh, but i now respect new vegas alot more now that ive found Chances Knife.

@HobbsCanuck But isn't civilisation rebuilding good? And the wasteland isn't completely safe. And you can do missions to improve it. The Sharecroppers for example. I don't see why people hate NV. With the addition of the Strip, it just feels like a boost of happiness and fun. It's a nice change from the sad and dramatic story of Fallout 3. That doesn't mean i hate it. Fallout 3 is still my favourite Fallout. I just don't understand how people can hate the same game with a different storyline.
Had some crazy times in fallout 3, from running from deathclaws then shooting them down small cliffs til they would fall and die, to entering a some peoples basement and finding out their canibals then killing then in there sleep for what they did, or when shooting off mr. tenpennys face, helping people who were close to death, and saving slaves from paradise falls, a great game so much fun.

Nothing to me has ever matched fallout 3 in atmosphere, I loved the futuristic world of tomorrow gone awry then struck by nuclear bombs combined with the awe of seeing this desperate and struggling humanity in our nations capital with destroyed buildings and suffering in abundance that you can turn around with a shouting as your epic tale is narrated by one of my favorite game characters 3 dog.

@HobbsCanuck Bethesda did a great job on Fallout 3 and also on FNV, I think, I put ALOT of time into playing fallout 3 and I MEAN ALOT, but I dont think I'll ever put in as much time playing Fallout as I ever did playing Oblivion, and even before Oblivion, when there was only the original xbox I played Morrowind and Star Wars:Battlefront more than anything, ahhh I miss those days.......

@NicotineStainedSoul who's to say there won't be bunkers that can protect from nuclear bombs? Bunkers can already protect us from radiation, it's just a matter of the architect building it to be strong enough and that's a piece of cake within a few years perhaps months. And if the survivors are irradiated and die off, then the ones in the bunkers will repopulate the world after its safe to come out into the barren world.

At first, this game was dark and dreary and sad to me, than as I adjusted to the game, it was like I was adjusting to the wasteland, there are corpses everywhere, of the innocents and the evil, but when you realize, that it's a world of kill or be killed, and only the strong will survive, it can put a lot of things in perspective...

@Maldar345 But the game is too easy, Too much supplies and guns scattered around. Too much people, It requires more melee weapons, And alot of diffrent weapons but firearms should be very limited, And supplies should also be limited.
@MrRikardoe I think Fallout 3 doesn't have enough guns! Most of the guns in the game are a color change of the different gun. I think Fallout 3 needs more Auto or Semi-Auto guns. I think that you should be able to go searching for parts in the game (I.E. a scope) and with the proper items, be able to put attachments on your guns. Although I think you're right with the point about there not being enough melee weapons! Most melee weapons are too weak and too scarce! =)

thumbs up to fallout 3 everyone! new vegas may improve on the combat but it will never top the story and environment of fallout 3. i have made like 4 or 5 characters and played for at least 300 hours and i am still finding new stuff out, even if it is a simple backstory

I luv the freedom the game gives you, you can walk were ever you want, were what ever you want, kill or save people , make money lol i wish there were more ester eggs tho some times you go in to a house and im like "hmmmm maybe theres something special in here" and theres nothing just a fuking ash tray and pilot light lol

@HobbsCanuck Bethesda did a great job on Fallout 3 and also on FNV, I think, I put ALOT of time into playing fallout 3 and I MEAN ALOT, but I dont think I'll ever put in as much time playing Fallout as I ever did playing Oblivion, and even before Oblivion, when there was only the original xbox I played Morrowind and Star Wars:Battlefront more than anything, ahhh I miss those days.......

HobbsCanuck, thumbs up to you! Fallout 3, in all of its eerie , broken down glory was amazing! From the feel of a world ravaged by nuclear war, to the story's of the characters you help. This game was an amazing experience for even the people that didn't know who Bethesda was! If i had the chance to play Fallout 3 for the first time again, i would most definitely do so. Great job Bethesda, and great job Machinima for the video!

nope, the reality of nuclear war will be a dead earth. no humans, just bacteria and cockroaches. or maybe a dead world completely. joining the ranks of mars and venus. only ours will be littered with the remains of buildings until dust and soil bury them in a few hundred thousand years and then a few hundred million years later, the whole planet will be incinerated by the expanding sun. and no one would ever know we existed. sucks doesnt it

@NicotineStainedSoul who's to say there won't be bunkers that can protect from nuclear bombs? Bunkers can already protect us from radiation, it's just a matter of the architect building it to be strong enough and that's a piece of cake within a few years perhaps months. And if the survivors are irradiated and die off, then the ones in the bunkers will repopulate the world after its safe to come out into the barren world.

At first, this game was dark and dreary and sad to me, than as I adjusted to the game, it was like I was adjusting to the wasteland, there are corpses everywhere, of the innocents and the evil, but when you realize, that it's a world of kill or be killed, and only the strong will survive, it can put a lot of things in perspective...

@Maldar345 But the game is too easy, Too much supplies and guns scattered around. Too much people, It requires more melee weapons, And alot of diffrent weapons but firearms should be very limited, And supplies should also be limited.

@MrRikardoe I think Fallout 3 doesn't have enough guns! Most of the guns in the game are a color change of the different gun. I think Fallout 3 needs more Auto or Semi-Auto guns. I think that you should be able to go searching for parts in the game (I.E. a scope) and with the proper items, be able to put attachments on your guns. Although I think you're right with the point about there not being enough melee weapons! Most melee weapons are too weak and too scarce! =)
