I got a dazLe DVD recorder for 50 bucks at best buy and the quality is a little off. If u want to look at the vid go to my Chanel and it's the spas 12 mini clip. I have now idea how to set up the settings. I think I was using avi and when I create the file I choose the high quality upload one. If anyone has any tips please help. Thanks guys.

Don't use pinnacle studio 14 it sucks. Download a keygen and the pinnacle studio 12 trial. Then use pinnacle studio 12 because 14 is trash.

I have the dvc 170 and i have capped many of clips with pinnacle studio 12.

I just put it back on today to record some MW2 gameplay.

When i click on 'start capture' it starts to record and the gameplay on the preview screen goes black and then i click on end and it doesnt save but before i was able to see the gameplay while recording.

Only dis-agreement to these settings: Convert the video to (Make Movie) as an MPEG2 instead of MPEG4, instead of High quality DVD use Custom and set the kb/sec rate to 7500 where the default was 6000. The quality is amazing. Anything on my channel was recorded in AVI and converted to MPEG2 in default settings. My new project, I upload as a private video to test with various options. (I dont have Plus for HD support)

all come with a white one, there 2 kinds, the smaller one, wich has S-video and white, red and yellow cable or a more expense one that has one more thing to it, which is a DV...

but wot it means by platuim and thing, is that it comes with a crappy vision of pinnacle studio, so just buy dazzle dvd reconder (green boxed) one if you already have pinnacle or other editing software....

Clearly you dont know anything about dazzles so shut up. Most of the older dazzles i.e red one only record in 50Hz but there is a trick to make them rec in 60Hz but Yeah you clearly dont know much about dazzles

but wot i was getting at is that genrally you can buy one (just a dazzle video reconder) with RWY cables with s-video with it or buying a bigger one with one extra thing added, a DV port... the one i have works perfect and cost me about £40 (dont know in $) and thats the basic one....

what you want to try and do is download the demo version of a thing called amcap. if u load it up and change the source to dazzle. last step is to change filter to secam b, and that should be you.

I have found that the best way to get a "High Quality Tab" or even the "HD" Tab is by recording your video in AVI with best quality at 16x9. Then afterwards converting it to DivX with a 1280-720 resolution at 8000KBS. DivX will compress the video so that is will upload onto youtube quickly and it has great quality!!! Take a look at my vid, the one that says HD Test.

Dont use mpeg , it lags your video , and the audio turns out of sync , record in avi , then convert the video the mpeg on the movie maker tab , then your done!
