You can edit the track.ini file within the track folder to remove the restricter plate... you have to add more grip or you'll be in the wall on every turn :)

lets see, this is obvious, 1st lap is at regular daytona, 2nd is at a modded daytona called daytona wide with no restrictior plate. NICE TRY BUDDY I HAVE THE TRACK!

If you look closely you can see the actual speed on the speedometer.

This speed must be accurate and not speeded up because of the spotter announcing the speed of 250 mph.
