I think anyone has the right to know what is being done to them. All they had to do was tell her. If she felt uncomfortable with how they were touching her then a simple explanation of why they were doing what they were doing would have alleviated her worries. Not once did she call them names. This was the State's Attorney's daughter. She was duly arrested and placed in a restraint chair in connection w/an assault charge. She escaped that confinement, which is another chargeable offense. Cops calmly and methodically placed her back in the chair. The shift sprvsr used a CHIN CONTROL method which prevents her from rising or biting while being restrained. They gave loud verbal commands to stop resisting until she finally did. We don't know if she's unconscious and I saw no choke hold.

It would fit into a vehicle to transport her. She was OK with it once, then 'changed her mind' and slipped out of it before they transported her. They put her back into it more securely. Some people panic when restrained. It's the 'loss of control' thing they hate. Look closely ~ no choke.He's holding her chin, not throat.

i was in one of the worst prisons in north america, but one of the good things about it was when we had good behaviour their for atleast 3 months we were aloud to go to disney land for a week.

This was the State's Attorney's daughter. She was duly arrested and placed in a restraint chair in connection w/an assault charge. She escaped that confinement, which is another chargeable offense. Cops calmly and methodically placed her back in the chair. The shift sprvsr used a CHIN CONTROL method which prevents her from rising or biting while being restrained. They gave loud verbal commands to stop resisting until she finally did. We don't know if she's unconscious and I saw no choke hold.

@almawells Hi Alma ~ A news article abt this said the chair was a 'prisoner transport chair' (like a wheelchair), which they were using to move her to a female facility. It would fit into a vehicle to transport her. She was OK with it once, then 'changed her mind' and slipped out of it before they transported her. They put her back into it more securely. Some people panic when restrained. It's the 'loss of control' thing they hate. Look closely ~ no choke.He's holding her chin, not throat.
