  • Hiyaaaa! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my cousin got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

  • I think this workout would have been better if you did each movement like 8 counts before changing for another one; that would give us viewers the chance to see what you're doing. An idea maybe for your next videos because I do think you know what you're doing. Thanks for sharing looking forward to other videos.

  • @wrestlinggod88 Of course it's pretty easy,l usually mess up the routine but apart from that it's pretty easy.You'll work up a sweat if you do all three :)

  • @ladivampkitti lol@ plump, l would hardly say they are plump maybe they have a thick looking waist.

    This work out is good for the heavier women 200 plus or the women who have never worked out a day in there life this is a good stepping stone,then maybe step up to step aerobics
