@awsomexperson As far as I'm aware, each version of Dear You is sung from a different character's perspective and the lyrics are written to fit the character despite all having the same tune. These were just meant as bonuses for the fans, they're never actually played in the series.

Clearing up the whole Mion/Shion who's older situation.

hey switched around a lot. The older of the two was supposedly the one who had the demon in them. That would be shion, as she was born first. But on the day when they tattooed the "demon tattoo" on the older ones back, the two were switched, and it was tattooed on the younger one, and the names were from then on changed. The younger one was now the head, with the name Mion, and the older one was now Shion.

You can tell how much she loved Satoshi, and how easily she lost faith in his return in one arc, while in another, she truly believed that she would see him again someday. This is one of my favorites! And I have also read many of the comments. I would just like to say that the difference with Mion and Shion's singing voice is this: Shion has a soft tone, while Mion is more of a boyish and strong voiced tune. So although they have the same seiyuu, the tones differ, which helps determining who is singing who.

Well, whoever's it may be, it is certainly not Hanyuu's. The differnces in their voices are completely different.

If anyone, this is Mion's Dear You.

They have the same seiyuu, so the voices sound quite the same. This makes it difficult to tell which song belongs to whom.

it's quite easy to understand who is the character who is singing this, and this is, as you said, Shion.

You can easily get this from the text of the lyric:

In the first part, she says:

"I desire for my thought to reach you through the wind,

I believed in your return."

And it's clearly referred to Satoko's brother.

Mion's "Dear You" is referred to Shion.
