Fallout 3 - Strapped With Explosives

Ok, this is how to pass this quest.

You must have low-power rifle.

1) Shoot girls leg one time so its crippled, before she approaches.

2) She will turn aggressive to you.

3) Immediately run to her. Immediately.

4) Use her, select disarm. You will disarm the bomb.

5) Run further a bit and seek three goons that triggered her. Its easier if you have stealth boy, or hei gui.

6) After finishing them off, wait 10 seconds and come back to her

7) "Thanks, you saved my life."

The only way.

How are you suppose to disarm those bombs. Right by the temple of the union there's a guy in my game who just stands there and if you go close to him the strapped bomb starts to activate. I spent at least ten minutes reloading the save trying to save him, and never disarmed it.

the reason u fail is because u actually need 100 explosives skill and u dont get a reward anyway so watev at least its fun to watch em blow to pieces

I've go 100 explosive skill, i don't no where to find these people though, where do i go?

yea ever since i got that none of those have talked to me either, its just random really never know where

I just spent the last 10 minutes trying to recreate the event from various save points so that I can console my settings up and then actually try myself, but I was only able to make her reappear once and didn't think of it yet.
