it even has english language along with subtitles and ukranian accent.

But I personally don't like it that much. Although graphics are amazing and some effects really go well with the sound and Music, I find that the world is so immense, that without any vehicles it really gets boring to walk from side to side. The story seems really weird to me too. And I do get tired of hearing only easern accents all the time in game...

DX10 is not too taxing - the other settings matter a lot too. and if the res is set to about 1024x768 it should run pretty good on an 8800GTX the likes.

Actually it does not! I only noticed the different resolution because the performance was so much better. In Clear Sky I really don't see a difference. Maybe the slightest bit sometimes, but for the most part almost no difference.
