Of course it's a joke! I'm not sure what you mean by "emogirl" account thingy, but yes, it's a joke. "Jorge" is a fictional character I made up for a movie that is very, very, very, VERY loosely based on myself. And then I thought the character would be PERFECT for the YouTube scene.
