You can't get SA2B but you can get a Dreamcast Emulater that can play Sonic Adventure 2(SA2B is a remake of SA2)

First time that i have tried to use PVMEdit, i have has same your trouble. Replace original file in the game, but don't open SADX.

Make a copy of original file 'AL_BODY', put it in other folder and change textures (don't change half transparent textures).

Save and put file in SADX (system). This time must work...
