i seriously love the pure elegance and beauty of this game! and also how serene and peaceful it makes me feel when u revive a curse zone area after reviving a Guardian Sapling! does that make me weird that that's how i feel? :(

@lagrtz It has 30 possible files, and I think that if you save on SD cards you can add to that. However, you might use two files for each playthrough because there is a point of no return at the end.

This game is so beautiful. The art, music, story, gameplay, everything about Okami is just amazing.

The moment I played this game on PS2, I knew it was going to be amazing. I didn't get very far, since I only rented it from Blockbuster.

I'm deciding between Super Smash Bro Brawl or Okami. Which would you suggest?

I'm pushing strongly towards Okami.

That's a tough choice man, I have both of them.. I bought Brawl the day it came out and just got Okami as a gift. They're both really good really different games. Brawl is a great game to play with friends and the lengthened side scroller story mode in the game is a really nice addition. Okami on the other hand is an amazing single player adventure. They're both really fun games it's just what you're interested in. Bragging rights over you friends or highly original single player adventure?

Ah, in the end, I decided for Okami.

1. I adore adventure games, and the art in this game is just amazing. Not only that, but they didn't take out too much of the Japanese culture in it.

2. I just moved so I have no friends yet ._.

3. I already have Melee for GC so that'll work for now.

Good choice under those circumstances (although there isn't really a wrong choice). Hope you enjoy it as much as I am right now, I got it for Christmas. I don't get it to play it as much as I'd like because my mom got Wii Fit & my brother got The DOG Island, so it's always a battle for Wii time.

Hmm, I just noticed that the story at the beginning is really similar to the story of Ragnorok in Nordic myths. Maybe that was Clover's inspiration, who knows?

Susano is awsome i liked fighting against orochi. Even though it got annoying when he needed your help and you missed but good thing the game doesn't end when you miss.

Tis game is awsome but theres one fault to it,the motion sensative controls.IDK if its me or the game cuz when i atk it works or it sorta works.so if any1 has had this problem then its the game or i need to time my wii remote swinging

you need to time it well, for me it works fine, the only iffy control is the dodging thing with the Nunchuck, the rest works fine.

and swinging like crazy doesn't help to time it well either lol (not saying you do that, but I know lots of people do it like that)

There is only one okami. Capcom closed after they realesed it for the ps2. Readyatdawn remade okami for the wii. In this walkthrough it is played on the wii. To bad there isnt a second one, but it would probably ruin the first.
