Here's the solution: STOP SIGNING STUFF!!! Things would straighten out real quick if people would stop signing things unconditionally. Study UCC 3-402 and 1-308. The last thing I signed (06/29/07) was a $1000 SigBond (conditionally of course rendering the bond worthless) which allowed ME to dismiss in court charges of "obstructing and resisting" against me.
