Yummy, I have two nice organic pumpkins and I will definitley use your recipe. However I dont peel the pumpkin as I like the flavour and texture it adds.

I think you could benefit from using some more lighting with less shadow contrast, i can hardly see the vegetables.

Looks nice. But you gotta roast the nuts! Otherwise you're missing out on ALOT of flavor.
