That's right, as stated in the video, "this is how NOT to do an onion." It worked fine when I cut an onion in half first and cut through the onion from the side instead of top to bottom. I just decided to do the onion the other way on camera to show what would happen. Otherwise, I couldn't help but give it a good rating.
