  • @MAria , You have amazing skill in Yoga. I am from India and i practice Yoga too.

    I read in a Master Muktananda's book that doing any Asana for 3 hrs contineousely is a thing one should aim at. When u manage to do that u'r hidden powers awake. And body gets extraodinary health benefits. I can do Sarwangasana for 15 minutes and Padmasana for 20 minutes. Am i on a right path?

  • Hia maria..nice practice..love your videos..i practice ashtanga i finished the first series, i´ve started only a yer ago..mi problem its jump back and jump in...its ok the way im doing in but i cant fly, its hard ...i feel like mi feet weight too much an d i cant lift them from the floor :(...sugestions?... i dont feel bad for it, i keep in mind PRACTICE ,PRACTICE AND ALL IS COMING ;)
