looks so yummy-I'm just wondering though what the equivalent cooking time is in a conventional oven (since I heard you say yours is a convection)? Is that 2 hrs you mentioned your friend uses the appropriate time? Thanks so much for your wonderful recipes! I don't know why The Food Network hasn't offered you a program slot (I can't help but notice that every winter "holiday" special they offer never includes Chanukah options); as someone who's not a natural at cooking, I'm totally addicted.
This is one of the easiest recipes I have made and one of the best tasting. The prep time was a total of five minutes and the chicken tastes phenomenal. It's the perfect recipe for those of us who don't cook much but want to impress people at dinner. I added a half teaspoon of cayenne to spice it up a bit. Deelish!
Yasher Koach, Jamie. Nice job. Here's 2 cents worth of input from a Balebuste who's been cooking quick & kosher since she was a full-time working mom with little kids (more years ago than she'd like to admit.) When measuring honey for a recipe which also calls for oil, measure & add the oil first. Then measure the honey in the same measuring cup. It'll slip right out of the cup - no need for "instant hot" or greasing the cup. And only 1 measuring cup to wash.
