@Dubaifreak i have the same problem, it's probably beacuse the music is taking away from your workout. I use a set-program when i work out, and at the last set im doing as many pushups/situps (whatever im doing) as possible. Then i like to use music as an adrenaline rush, perhaps Die MF Die or similar songs, and that actually works.

is common..that i cannot exercise as good as when I am doing it with MUSIC...lol.. is it common??
