It's probably someone with incorrect information. If a Rad Mobile exists, there should be some pictures or video of it. Would be neat if Sega did put Rad Mobile in an R360, but my research has never turned up anything about this. Thanks for the comments, Kevin.

Jeez. Now I know what it looks like from a player's point of view. If I come across an R360 -- god knows how many were made -- I oughtta try it.
According to Sega, there were three games ported to the R360: G-LOC, Rad Mobile, and Wing War, in that order.

Yeah. I just Googled "R360" and input "Sega" in katakana, and I got that blog entry among many other results.
I myself haven't seen R360 Rad Mobile in action yet.
