All the veidence given, from witnesses to police, has been tampered with. Monov had a high reading of alcohol, walking the streets in a large group 20-25 men, harrassing and picking on Romas (gupsies). He and the others of the group were to blame. He was obiously very drunk because he had caused trouble in the pub (where he got drunk) - also witnessed by poeple who dont know Adnrey in any way.
