hey man, good job. but i think cutting carbohydrates completely out is a bad idea. carbs provide energy and if you aren't getting any carbs or sugar you are going to feel tired all day everyday. this is just my humble opinion, but i think you should get the carbs you need, not from crap foods like cake, but from good foods and use that energy to exircise. i dont know if you are exircising now, but w/o any carbs or sugars i would imagine it to be much more difficult than it needs to be
