  • It's a video driver problem. Have you tried to hard-reset your phone? I never had this problem and my Mozart is already using Windows Phone 7.5 Mango.

It's not the HTC 7 Mozart is failing but the driver. You probably need to update the OS using Zune.

But anyway, this was long time ago. How's your phone now?

  • @Oswald325 shot brosef, I think its a shit phone too

  • the music left me in doubt of the credibility of your mobile device

  • ha, this fake fails more than your mums abortion.

  • Fake

  • @TheRayane59 lol?

  • @RemainsUnnamed you are an idiot, your video is a fake

    i have a HTC 7 Mozart, and i like it :-)

  • I had to get this phone exchanged with a replacement, the problem just got worse and other bullshit started happening...

  • it looks like the ones in the I Love WP7 vid

  • its kinda cool xd...but i get your problem

  • lol cool, mine should arrive today or tomorrow, I wonder if mine will freak out too?

  • not reassuring at all, and i'm planning to get this one too. so did you manage to fix this?

  • @pikaaacz Yep, turning the phone off and back on fixed the problem. It's a great phone and see Windows Phone 7 as having huge potential, but I am slightly disappointed because of bugs like shown in the video. I'd recommend holding out for a few months until buying this phone, if you can. Hopefully Microsoft will have ironed out most of these problems by then...I don't think it's a problem with HTC's hardware ;)

  • wow I was thinking of buying this... that's... not particularly reassuring..

  • @Ahgama This can happen to every phone you buy. Some units are "factory broken".

This also apply to close to anything else you can buy also. A few weeks ago I got a broken DVD, this did not keep me from changing it in for the same movie again, nor did it make me sceptic about the DVD medium.

  • @Serpentbane666

hehe well I guess every single little thing was affecting my decision making. Anyways I just got my Mozart a few days ago and so far it's been excellent. ... with the exception of the voice call volume and sound quality... bit lacking there....
