If supporters of ID want ID to be a REAL scientific theory like evolutionary theory, then ID needs to be able to make predictions or solve problems just like any other scientific theory (atomic theory, germ theory, etc). Until ID can be applied usefully, it doesn't do anything more valuable than 'stork theory' does for science. Science is a tool used to solve problems.

It's ridiculous to assume there are 2 sides. There are not 2 sides to any observable, testable, natural phenomenon. There may be differences regarding extreme conditions, but not 2 sides. I just noticed something else about this video. At 8:40, he talks about a conversation he had with a professor. In one of Kent Hovind's earlier tapes, Hovind tells the exact same story about a conversation Hovind had with a professor. The ID proponent in this video is flat out lying. I'm willing to bet the conversation between Malachi (spelling?) and the professor never took place.

Its interesting how the ID guy starts out by saying that Intelligent Design isn't creationism...then proceeds to use a bunch of Kent Hovind slides and arguments. His only arguments against science are straw-man arguments. Big bang theory says we came from nothing? Evolution says we come from a rock? Why are all his arguments based on logical fallacies, many of which are worded identically to Kent Hovind's speeches?
