Bloody hell! Did you do all of these in just one session? Thats insane! Its hard to build up the strength to support ALL of your bodyweight like that, far harder than pumping a few weights with simple movements...any good starter exercises to be able to build the strength to do that?

@kwei123 yes it will isolate the lower chest. Also dips witll work well.... only thing is when doing dips you have to have a wider grip and lean over facing the ground to put emphasize on the lower chest and not your tris.... Also decline dumbell flys and decline dumbell presses. Check out my new vid i put up yesterday... it blows this one away.

pushing with wide grip doesnt do much for you - if you can go wide with those chairs and then slide them to the middle - the drop down push ups in the beginning are awesome. the bars on the floor, also good - challenge yourself to get a full pike up front, that is, have your feet over the head. overall five stars. if you like MMA - take your game to capoeira - make you a killer like A. @TheMattius84 you may throw weight into it but force cannot be stopped with out some other force/power stopping it also therefor he may slack on one muscle but he may also be improving his overall fitness and readiness
youre arms are bent. also its not even a planche , it was a bad straddle planche attempt, and you have to actually hold it for 2 secs at a time to say you can do it.

@urgod78 Later on i ussually like to finish off with a superset of bodyweight exersises for whatever muscle ur doin. Do the hardest bodyweight movements first in your superset.
@urgod78 ya i use dumbbells and barbells too. I do about 3-4 exercises with weights, and 3-4 exercises using bodyweight for that muscle group day. Then on top of that, i will make sure to do half of the exercises fast and eplosively and half slowly, which will shock and target much more fibers of a single muscle for big gains. Bodyweight exercise for warmup, then I will use the heaviest bar or dumbell movements always first.
This is awesome. Imma try some of these exercise. I just gottah buy those pair of parallel bars. Got a question how did you start up these workouts before full ROM? Seen your other vids on the bags. Don't let these other guys put you down. Thanks and keep up the good job man.
@cutevil but u also have to relook at the ring planche, my arms are not strait. Still gotta work on getting it strait, that will be the next challenge. Hopefully some of my exercise variation help you out and give u ideas.
