The only two I'm not certain about is the beginning where Malgus is narrating and when Malgus and Zallow are dueling, right before Malgus stabs him. They're not in any of the SW soundtracks. But I know the rest:

1:45 - "Qui-Gon's Noble End" - Episode 1

If you read the backstories and bios available, the Tw'lek is Malgus lover, he falls in love w her and she him, he ends up killing her because she is his weakness. Revan's fate is revealed in the game during an epic story arc, i won't spoil it but it's pretty awesome.

Oh, and why not kill the sith before you die, all you have to do is just bend your wrist, and he will be dead (light is, you know, pretty light). You are already dead anyway, why not take the evil motherfucker with you? If you don't he's gonna kill more jedis. And, he's pretty defenseless, he's holding the saber that's lodged in you with both his hands. Even if you don't kill him, you could hurt him, so.... I don't know why he didn't do that.

1.) You mentioned how the guy's lightsaber was "light" and thus not heavy to move. The same can be said to Malgus's saber as well, so he could easily move it in the guy's body.

2.) Have you ever had some lodged into your abdomen before? Like a blade, or some blunt object? Be it the intense pain, or the screaming nerves, you're not going to do things so well.

For a planet so important, Coruscant has barely any security. You can't even land on an airport without the air traffic knowing these days, they are willingly letting terrorists land, I mean, are there no security check points? Jedi certificates?(to let them know you are a jedi, not a sith).
