Hey man.. I`m talking from Brazil and here is difficult to find this kind of configuration!!! Soo I`d like to know how much you pressurize the carburetor cause here is 0,6kg of boost normally 1,2kg of fuel!!! Its so much diferent of this??? And my car is a 1585cc with a W140 engle and I`m thinkink to intall a webber dcoe like yours!!! What do you think?? Thanks =D

Okay i got a stock 1800 v dub in a kit car and i just came across a garret air research turbo and i have all the charge pipe and the 3 stage sequential b.o.v.. will the 1800 handle the turbo stock or do i need forged pistons.

If your smart.

Can run 14psi on pump (91) as long as its intercooled.

Low psi, smart tuning you can run a couple pounds through stock 1600ccs.

You wont need the BOV.

Infact, you wont need anything BUT the turbo.

your bug has given me the draw through turbo bug :) thank you bit temprimental with a weber arnt they! i can live with it though i think im the first person to have done it to a mk2 golf ? when does your turbo kick in mine refuses anything under 4000rpm and lags badly from between 3000-4000rpm. also big help but could you tell me the size of the jets, chokes, aux's venturies, idles, and pump jets. im not sure if mine are big enough

Blow through creates the need for intercoolers and BOV. Suck though doesnt need either, and is easier on the turbo.

Intercoolers are used to cool down the intake air used for combustion as cool air is more "compact" than warm air meaning more air is being used during combustion. It is not used to cool the engine.... thats called a radiator and this is aircooled.
