  • One question.. i have 3 Pocket Wizard Multimax Transceiver , and as i see on the Plus II you have this.. button where u set to local and remote... where is this option on multimax .. i found it on the meniu but i do not know how to use it.

  • Is there any way to get the camera to continuously AF during the 10s delay?

  • man you are a cool instructor. good work.

  • if your using a Canon 60D, there's no problem at all.because you can rotate the lcd

  • If you're using 7D, you don't need the pocket wizard though. Switch the drive mode to remote shooting then use one of Canon's infrared remote to shoot considering 7D supports infrared remote control.

  • Awesome video, but dude, seriously, that shirt has got to go.

I used a nikon D700 it was set to continues focus however not in self timer but in interval mode! and set to take a shot every 20 seconds. that way i made sure i would get one nice action shoot of me playing the drums.

    cheers from berlin germany!

  • Excellent, thanks Mark!

What is the tripod's head you're using please?

    Thanks a lot

  • Great video mark and nicw shot. i would like to know what lense are you using for this video. i Got the 7D

    thanks

  • D'oh ! Cheers mate !

  • Another great video Mark !

@radzie78 ..... Where do you get the EOS utility software ? Want to hook my 500D up a to laptop !

  • @billybarret1 it's included in the box

  • you could use a laptop too

  • Another option (if you are a Canon user) is with EOS Utility. Focus can be done manually or with Remote Live View shooting. Set it up to a computer and have the monitor facing you. You can see the results instantly, you can even set the interval timer shooting and have the camera shoot any number of shots shots in a row.

  • Another great video Mark greetings from Puerto RIco !!!

  • And if you're using a Nikon, definitely check out the ~$35 remotes from Hong Kong that can be found on Ebay. They are radio frequency, not line of site, obviously inexpensive and work well. I think Nikon's alternative is a line of site, very expensive remote.

  • Thanks Mark! U Rock! \,,,,/

  • Awesome video, Mark - You've given us so many options on how to take a good self-portrait!

What's the brand and make of the cable you used to keep the shutter button in a half-pressed state?

  • Nicely done

  • First Comment! Nice Vid!
