I need help here i ran the bat file everything went fine. I restarted my computer

i see the play dreamscene in grey, but then when i go to personalize and desktop backgroung i don't get the new options or the dreamscene thing in the dropdown. Any chance you know why is this happening?

Apparently, this same hack works on Windows 7, 32 bit but not on the 64bit version. Just google the question and you'll find sites that provide instructions for the Win7 hack.

did you make sure you ran the .bat file as administrator? when you right click on the desktop you should see "Personalize" Inside there you should see "desktop background". in the "location" dropdown you should see "windows Dreamscene Content" Let me know if this helps.

Thanks for getting back to me. Yeah, I ran the .bat file as administrator. When the C:\ box opens I press "Ctrl C" to install, then it asks if I want to "terminate batch", now do I answer Y or N to this? (I apologize, I'm not that savvy) I answered N, rebooted the computer, and right clicked the desktop, but I still don't see Dreamscene in the menu or I open personalize desktop. I've got Vista Home basic, maybe that's it...

dude CTRL + C means Cancel, so that would cancel the batch job, thats why it asked that, i know i'm a year late but i'm just telling you why it asked to terminate
