hey guys, i have a problem. I got veneer wood, i got a mold, i got laquer, i got them in mold for 14 hours with good pressure. And laqeuring them like 2-4 times, but theyr able to bend, like. alot more then usual. Please, do you guys know if anything's wrong? .. I use indoor wood glue. Please.

@Jonasskateordie let the boards stay in the mold for 24hours, either you're clamping

to much or not enough,wait for the glue to dry completely before laquering and switch to

titebond 2 wood glue hope i helped!

Instead of printing the graphic vertically you can print it horiizontaly so the bottom ply grain is vertical

when you do a cross ply it will make the deck more strong better pop and it will make it have 0 flex so it pretty much makes the deck more strong and durable
