Professor Oh, why do you say 들려 @9:46 when the verb is 들르다 (to stop by) and the conjugation is 들러. Is this an acceptable variant? Or an error on your part?
@audie1964 You don't need a 'korean keyboard' to type in hangul, if you have windows vista or windows 7 all you need to do is go to the control pannel and change your language settings, add korean to your languages and everytime you need to type in hangul you just have to go to the bottom right of your desktop and toggle from english to korean and voila, you now have a korean keyboard!! Explore & enjoy your keyboard!! :-)
@audie1964 You're welcome!! So did it work for you?? I'm happy I was able to help you, although I'm not a 'bro' (I'm a girl) Lol!!! :)
It can seem hard at the beggining because you don't know which letter is wich but after a while it starts getting easier and you start doing it mechanicly!! Enjoy!!
@Tatstube77 Lol!!:-} Sorry for mistaking your identity! Learning and knowing that my keyboard is capable of typing Korean, really, its a great encouragement to me to go further and further in learning Korean language. Yeah! Its quiet a challenge to memorize the corresponding Korean letter to our QWERTY. You're a big help to me, uhmmmm...., what, BIG or little girl? Thank you my dear! Big hug to you.
I'm really into KWOW. And I'm really into the idioms when learning a new language. Do Korean use idioms in their daily conversations? I just wonder if you could teach us some famous idioms or proverbs that are popular used in daily life in Korea next week please? ^^ I would be very grateful for that. Thank you!
Have a nice day! You have done a really great job!!!
@Ceciliah8023 you can also go onto google translate! They have a keyboard you can use. Either click on the letters or hold down a button (I can't remember which one) on your keyboard and you can type using your keyboard.
hello and good morning professor oh, billy, oppa and grandma kim. thank you sharing fun info and learning through kwow =) i find that i'm having fun watching while learning a little about korean language and a little about the culture.
could you also share with us the different professions in korean? it's like having a session of korean in the form of "who are the people in your neighborhood?"
I was watching your videos and tried to read the lines that are written in Korean.. I'm just confused, what are the different sentence articles and conjunctions in Korean and how to use it in constructing a Korean sentence... I've also noticed that Korean sentence structure (subject-object-verb) is different from the English sentence structure (subject-verb-object)
Btw.. :) Keep up the good work! You're teaching style is really artistic :) 짱!
@Ceciliah8023 maybe you can try this: control panel -> regional and languages option -> languages -> details -> add and find "korean " then you can get the korean input. but the input of those alphabets are not the same as the qwerty keyboard ,for example "k" in the keyboard is "ㅏ" .. hope it helps.
can you teach us the sound effects in korean? like thud, bang, and also what sounds animals make like in english a cat's sound is described as meow, in japanese its nya, so what would the sound be in korean?
Hey guys, every single word can be translated and hear its pronunciation sound almost perfectly at Google Translator and through the speaker icon on the site. but not such good at whole a sentence. (about less than 50% would be correct.)
Hello just want to ask how can we pronounce Good morning/ Good Afternoon and Good Evening in korean... Is there formal or Informal way... teach those please :)
