Were you in 4 high or 4 low? i have an f250 diesel and i almost never have to use 4 low unless pulling out other trucks but that still just idles them out.

what you CANT see becuz of the water level, is a steeper incline if id tried to drive straight out, that is why i was aiming to my left where the incline isnt as steep.
Man I was gonna say, if ya didnt that was nuts!! I had a friend who sunk his truck in a small river. He didnt get his serviced, and and fried both axles, and some damage to the transfer case.. Oh, and it is a nice truck by the way!!
it *is* a 4x4, if u had watched the video you would see the front tires spinning in the mud also. and as gently as i was trying, i still ended up making rutts in the lawn i had to fix later.
