The chemlights are secured with a non slip material in each individual slot. It is designed to hold four of the 6" chemlights- you can stage them on either side of pouch as per your preference. Some guys run one color of light for left hand access and a different color for right hand access

Random question. Can you get more chemlights in if you stagger them or can you really only get about the same either way? Because if you can't get more, and maybe even if you can wouldn't you want to keep them on the same side, for the sake of consistency? I could be completely off on this, its just something to consider, I guess

Great looking gear but where did you get the tshirt with the velcro on the sleves i want one

@officer104harmon1911 , go to tacticaldistributors(dot)com and search for the Shooter Shirt with Velcro, that's what it looks like from the tag on left arm sleeve's velcro.
