ummm think keyboards, harmony guitars, hqrmony rythym come on think eagles and dire straights maiden preist, u cant say thats bass drums and lead are really ALL the instroments in a "rock band"

dude that would be like guitar in dj hero...u wouldnt be able to play it as much as ud want to..all those are just thrown to match the guitar in gameplay...and they are in every band except the doors except he uses an organ that symbolizes the bass and more...not every band uses wat u said and not every band in guitar hero is rock such as the beastie boys...they use rock sampled instruments and thats y there in it...

dude beastie boys suck , but that aside really there could be up to and including aother 3 ppl min for example lynyrd skynryd has 3 guitars bass singer drummer keyboard and then who knows how many back up singers all im saying is that  there could be more instroments added in to game play and more types of players avalable
