  • Doesn't having no helmet increase the amount of damage you receive?

  • For how INSANELY cautious you were throughout the whole stage, I was extremely surprised with your strategy for the last form of the boss. Why not use a couple black hole bombs instead of trying to dodge? Better than using black hole bomb for the mines, which are very easy to avoid.

The one thing I will actually use from this video is your strategy for the flower miniboss. I usually use laser trident and just try to dodge, but because it appears randomly, sometimes it's just too tricky for me.

  • The Wii version got reset . I am playing Rockman 9 on my PS3 and seems more difficult without this extra :(

  • With the Machine Gun Joe, use the Laser Trident. I love the grinding method you used.

  • In the room before the flower, I like to C.Shot the spikes for a safe jump, and in the room before, i just rush jet across.

also, if you die to spikes or holes in a Mr.Perfect run, would you not get the award?

  • This game is amazing.

  • I fckng HATE spike traps in Megaman

  • A safer way to do the third form of this boss is, attacking with charged M.BAZOOKA when the boss is going up, and with B.BOMB when he's going down, so you block he's attacks and you don't need to worry about dodging anything

  • bad ass music

  • totallt agree! Best music in the whole game!

  • *totally

  • I prefer Tornado Man's theme.

  • The one from the arranged soundtrack is even better. I'm glad the arranged soundtrack did the best song in the game justice.

  • the place were he died on has a better strategy.

it helps to not jump to early or late.

just tap bit by bit until the left fotheel is slighly off the platform.

    then press forward+jump.

you will still have to time the release of the jump button.

the works 100% every time, even with bad execution skills!

  • I hate it when you get a really good item from an enemy, like a 1 up and it gets stuck in a wall.

  • Use the hornet chaser to get it if that happens

  • To avoid getting hit, I just use up my Black Hole Bomb on the third part of the boss. That's a way to beat it without taking any chances, because it will suck in the lasers.

  • You should do a guide for all the bosses.

  • I would, but I don't have the time to do them. It's a lot harder to play while recording because my monitor skips a lot of frames, so reactions and button inputs are off timed.

For most people, the 8 bosses aren't too much of a problem because you can save inbetween them. The Wily Stages, on the other hand, puts 4 stages and the boss rematch all in one sitting. If they're having trouble doing the 8 stages, they might want to reconsider if they're just really unlucky or possibly just incapable.

  • nice

  • For killing sniper at 1:15, use 3 tridents will save more time since it penetrate it's shield. :D

  • At the room at 1:10, one rush coil can save you all the trouble and weapons energy you spent with Concrete Shot.

  • At 4:26, the spikes below you, you could just use concrete shot and make an extra platform so we don't have to worry about timing our jumps.

  • Oops...=P. Blackhole Bomb works good against the head of the ship, sucking in all the laser shots while damaging it, then you could switch to LT to finish it off if you run out. Nice job.

  • Then why don't YOU post a video getting Mr. Perfect while being reckless at the same time? Huh? Huh?

Just watch the vid and give the guy the respect he deserves for getting the challenge.

  • If you read even the first two words of the video description, you'll know this is A GUIDE. That means the purpose of this video is to HELP OTHERS achieve Mr. Perfect, not his attempt at earning the title.

  • Why even respond to comments like these? It only shows how ignorant people are..

  • Ever thought of using Rush Jet at 1:38? That's wut I do!

  • You know, on tough jumps (like the one at 3:50 - 3:55) it's easier to just walk to the edge to where Megaman has one foot off the ledge. Then jump and push forward at the same time to make the jump.

There's really no reason to get a running start on any of the hard jumps in Megaman games.

Just a little advice on jumping. It makes tough jumps like this one and others a cakewalk. Hope that helps for some of you.

  • I get what you're saying. It's a habit of mines to get a running jump, though.

    Thanks for the tip.

  • Your welcome. I'll still miss jumps every now and then when I'm not paying attention or in a hurry.

Nice run and thanks for the vid. I'm sure this will come in handy when I get ready for my Mr. Perfect run.

  • youre trying not to miss with the mega buster as well?

  • Note that on the part with the chaser bombs, you don't need to have the black hole bomb. They can be dodged. However, it is handy.

  • Alternative boss weapons. Use gravity gun and bazooka against the third form. When he comes to the bottom, use the gravity gun. It will absorb the lasers. When he goes up, use the bazooka. That way, you never even have to dodge the laser. You're practically invincible.

  • that was great dude, I wish I knew all that before I would have saved about 3 days of frustration :P

  • Why does the Black Hole Bomb randomly go up sometimes?

  • He controlling it.

  • I needed a faster way of beating that flower guy. Thanks!

  • 3:50-4:14: There is a safer way. Jump up from the bottom left of where you normally would stand and try using Rush Jet until it works. You CAN put Rush Jet inside there low enough to land on if you do this.

  • u are awesome i never got a mr perfect in any level its just to much work.
