ciao. bel gioco, da quel che vedo però mi sembra ke tu quando fai muocvere il serpente riaggiorni tutte le caselle in cui è presente (dal flickering), invece dovresti aggiornare solo quelle in cui c'è la testa, la coda e solo gli eventuali piegamenti del serpente... se risolvi questo bug è perfetto!!

Is this just PictureBoxes or what (looks like it, with the delay on the picture shifts)

Maybe you should store the sprites in-memory (in a bitmap class, for instance) to reduce lag?

it's ok

and lol it's not possible for it to be a lot of pictureboxes... you must be rlly dumb. pictureboxes have their own background, so if your sprites had pixel transparency like his did, you would see... the backcolor of the picturebox. it's more likely 1 picturebox with e.Graphics.DrawImage
