The Holy Bible End of Days prophecies in the Book of Revelations does not spell out all of the details. Rev 9:15-19 speaks of 1/3 of people being killed by a 200 million man army. If 2 billion die globally, then there could be 100 million killed in the USA, or maybe America will be protected by God.

It is my hope that America fights Red China and the AntiChrist, and so will be protected by God, so 100 million will not be killed in the End of Days. I prey England can be spared too.

Many see the "young lions" reference in Ezekiel 38:13 to mean America, and maybe even Canada and other North and South American countries.
