Most of players in league have intangibles and talent, that's why they even make it to the NFL. u think Tebow has any more intangibles than Ray lewis or Brian dawkins? One can yell and try to pump up his team all he wants, but completing less than 50 % of your passes is not acceptable in NFL. I think tebow is a good kid and he belongs in the NFL, he just is not talented enough to play qb at the highest level. It is very obvious to the trained eye.
All the wins Tebow pulled off were against sub-par teams (Chiefs, Vikings), or teams riddled with injuries(Bears, Steelers). Whenever he played a healthy, playoff caliber team such as his game against the Lions or both of his games against the Pats, he was destroyed. The Lions D forced him to throw 39 passes, and it was pathetic to watch. With that being said, he still took a 1-4 team and got them to the playoffs. He may not be a great QB, but hes certainly a better option than Kyle Orton.

I like Tim Tebow, and I think he could be one of the top 5 best quarterbacks in the NFL. The problem is his young, and he still is not used to the NFL system. He's very talented, but not a star quarterback. Not yet. I agree that no team would give up a first round pick for him. Because then that team would have to start teaching him their system from scratch, he would have to build chemistry with his teammates and coaches. But I think one day Tim Tebow will be great.

All the wins Tebow pulled off were against sub-par teams (Chiefs, Vikings), or teams riddled with injuries(Bears, Steelers). Whenever he played a healthy, playoff caliber team such as his game against the Lions or both of his games against the Pats, he was destroyed. The Lions D forced him to throw 39 passes, and it was pathetic to watch. With that being said, he still took a 1-4 team and got them to the playoffs. He may not be a great QB, but hes certainly a better option than Kyle Orton.

The only QB to throw less interceptions in 2011 than Tebow was Alex Smith. Tebow threw half of his interceptions for the entire year (3 of his overall 6) in 1 game against Buffalo. During the Bronco's 6 game win streak Tebow threw 1 interception total. In the playoffs Tebow threw 0 interceptions. Tebow had the highest yards per pass attempt in the postseason of any quarterback, including Brees who threw for 464 ypg, as Brees threw for almost a yard less per attempt than Tebow.

I like Tim Tebow, and I think he could be one of the top 5 best quarterbacks in the NFL. The problem is his young, and he still is not used to the NFL system. He's very talented, but not a star quarterback. Not yet. I agree that no team would give up a first round pick for him. Because then that team would have to start teaching him their system from scratch, he would have to build chemistry with his teammates and coaches. But I think one day Tim Tebow will be great.

Tebow fan or not, if you are a football fan, you gotta love this! It's great for the NFL. I'm a big Tebow fan, but a bigger Schlereth fan. The guy drudged in the trenches for years with the Broncos and won us two championships and in all his years never had near the media coverage Tim has in a single week.
