The song is about two people who meet up again, after breaking up. Apparently from a terrible fight, or great differences. The two really still do love each other, but they know they only bring each other more pain by remembering and seeing each other. They though it was over, until they ran into each other this time. They are now sitting together. If they can make it past this night without feeling the old spark and flame, they can get past it without looking back. I really love this song. Sad.
