take the bottom half of bottle put the bag on so you pull up and water in the bottom with a stem and bowl on one side and a hose on the other make sure the hose is higher up (haha you know what happens) then attach the bong hose to your favorite bong, so you pull the bag up to brew your bowl the smoke fills the chamber(bottom part of pop bottle) so its filter once and you didnt even use lung power, then hit your bong as you normally would you dont have to use your lung to brew the bowl +2x water
