hey i need a bit of help ):

i just installed grid and its stuck at the loading screen, it just keeps loading!

specs;

intel core i7

ati radeon 4890 hd

I had the same problem with dirt although i fixed it by changing some settings, i tried the same for grid although it still did not work. Any help?

I just installed GRID on my Core 2 Quad and for some reason I find it next to impossible to drive the cars using my XBox 360 controller *pad* mainly because steering is super jerky. Can't get comfortable with the car, struggling to keep it on the road even at 40 MPH or less!

it takes practise at first i thought it was totally unplayable. also, you know you can adjust steering sensitivity and other driving related options?

Nice system, I get roughly 100 or so frames a second on my 4890.

He's not using an Xbox 360. As you can see, he's running evga precision on screen display in the corner, which is for PCs with nvidia graphics, hence the GTX 295. When the buttons show up as 360 buttons, that means he's using a 360 controller to play, which I do too.

Very nice pc you got there mate, but for games that doesn't support the Crossfire function it's just pointless to have a GTX 295 since a 295 is just two 260 they putted together.

i run this on a weak rig, it looks the same though, you just get WAYYY more fps ^^. i only get 30 @ highest settings on 1024x768, thanks for the video up. and nice rig.

Dude, its a nice game, nice vid, but onestly, ur driving sucks... u are driving a bit slower as me with my keyboard... and if i would take my logitech g25 wheel out u would eat my shorts =P

How can you drive outside the car, I hate that. I always use the bonnet view, makes it much more realistic.

the crashing might be your graphics card drivers

seeing its a brand spanking new card that could be a problem... but idk.

drivers or 1.2 patch. i read on some forums that 1.2 causes problems on some machines. i reinstalled the game game only with patch 1.1 and so far so good
