Anyone else wonder why there is such a big discrepancy between this version and the PC/Sega CD versions?? I have to say that I like the SNES version of all the songs a lot better... the CD versions do sound crisper but it's missing some sounds that make it feel empty /made the SNES version pop! (Bass, voice synth, etc)
It's not exactly if the music is good, it's also if the music matches what it's supposed to be played on. The PC/Sega CD version doesn't seem to match the level like the 16-bit versions do.
@ApeEscaper493 The Earthworm Jim games came before Crash Bandicoot. The Crash developers took a lot of cues from this game. That's why the music sounds so similar.
I just hope my previous exprience in sidescroller will get me past, (when I borrow it from my friend in 2 weeks) and aybe my perservience in bomberman online play hour straight on the hyper bomber rule boss X_X
or my perservierence in super mario sunshine getting the blue coins without walkthrough X_X, maybe those wil help me beat the this level maybe.
not music wise i like the mage drive/genesis music better, but the snes levels betteer, the music in the snes version sounded too lighthearted! not cool enough to me
i thought this was the pc version. oh well

The rabid fanboys have convinced me, this version does indeed blow. It's almost a completely different song from what the PC/Genesis portray...

Why does this remind me of the Crash Bandicoot songs (especially from the GBA games)?

@rewardsaccountj I thought about Tiny Tiger when I replaced the bass with the dog barks in my mind.

The music is the only good aspect of this level. I could never beat this level, that dog is a pain in the ass!

I love this song so much. Thing it sounds better than the megadrive version just because its got more bass.

Mm, its strange. Certain games on the SNES had just pure awesome music like TMNT IV.. EWJ is not one of those games.

You suck. EWJ's music was god tier.
