They didn't have proof of 300.000 dead. in another words, there were no 300.000 killed. besides, why they waited to claim the massacre after so many decades later from the incident? if that many ppl were killed, Chinese goverment should've built a monument or set a memorial day as soon as Japan retreated, but they didn't do anything for decades. doesn't make sense. Also, manchurians were friendly to Japanese soldiers after the war, if they were scared of them, they would ran away but they didn't
