  • I've heard people refer to 'overloading' a condensor mic. What does that mean, and how do you avoid it? Thanks!

  • just in case anyone else was wondering, most MXL condensers, Nady condensers, and Apex condensers are also great sounding + inexpensive + some of them look really good! (at least in my experience with those mics :])

  • Those are the same thing. A condenser has a capacity effect ( electric elements ) so they call it condenser mic or capacitor mic :)
