Cont. If the city is funding the program but haven't receive money to pay from the government then project goes belly up. The Administration has just based a bill to keep its light on so it is no telling when this Energy issue will get back to the floor in the House with this new Congress. We have to keep in mind that everything has changed with the Republican major.

There is a bigger issue here with those of affordability to purchase such green technology in this type of economy. On the East coast their is a problem with the locations of wind turbans so quite naturally speaking there is even more of an issue with the demand for workers of that field. It seem that the person more at fault here is President Obama not Major Bloomberg because he merely is responisble for initating talks for such purpose with meeting of college board.
