when i wear my contacts, sometimes the contacts sort of moves upward when I blink it usually is on the left side. i consulted an optometrist but she said that my eye secretions are oily, then another said that it is because the diameter is too big. which is true?

Think of it this way the machine heats up the saline to disinfect, what happens to anything that is in heat too long?

it basically heats up the saline, so it disinfect the lens.

yes that is very bad! Manufacture lenses have a shelve life of 3 years and your lenses could be sitting in there for years before getting to you! It is best to disinfect them before putting it in your eyes. It could cause infections and really painful stinging!

but yeah, i think the cleaner would be a great idea for those who wear these contacts daily (i only wear them about less than once a week, so i don't see the need for one)

there are sites that sells lenses cheaper than $30 though. from off ebay== even US sellers[if u're in us]

they range from about 20~25 bucks... i bought mine for 25..but seen some for 20....and they do wholesale.
